Town of
Weatherly
How did Weatherly get
its name? Beaver Meadow Railroad Director, David Weatherly, offered the
community a town clock. He was an expert clock maker whose clocks can still be
seen in James Buchanan's home in Lancaster, PA. In 1847, the town fathers changed the name of the town from
